• We update tariffs on the website regularly however tariffs are purely indicative and may vary for specific dates or periods.
  
• Any payments received for a reservation is forwarded to the respective hotel/resorts.
• Any refunds are subject to guidelines laid out by the respective hotel/resort
  
• Photos displayed on our website www.hotellinksindia.com pages are clicked/scanned specific to the hotel taken either from hotel brochures, hotel website or clicked by team Hotel Links India.
• All Photos are marked with HLI logo and copyright Laws apply for photos used on our website.
• Hotel Links India doesn’t have any cancellation policies of its own. Policies apply exactly the same Hotel/Service provider cancellation policy and any refunds applicable will be issued only after Hotel Links India has received the same from the Hotel/Service provider.
  
• In case of bounced cheque you will be required to send another payment or the booking will lapse. If the cheque bounces after date of departure then you will be liable for the payment plus will have to pay Rs.500.00 as penalty.
• Any bookings will only be confirmed after receiving advance payments.
• The Balance payments need to be made before departing or at the resort, depending on what has been decided during the booking process.
• Failure to make advance payment on time shall lapse the booking and the rate may also change for the same booking.
• Guests are requested to ascertain cancellation policy of the resort before making the payment.
• For last minute cancellation in part or full for Bookings that are paid after checkout (applicable for group bookings), retention clauses will be applied as per letter of acceptance.
  

Companies / entities found to be using Hotel Links India photographs without prior permission or authorization will be liable to the tune of Rs. 25,000.00 per photograph.

POLICIES

e-mail Policy - All e-mails are answered on the same day or within a few working hours. Our e-mails are short and crisp and attachments are sent only if required.

Contact Management Policy - All contact details provided by the guest would be used with reference to a particular reservation only.

anti-SPAM Policy - e-mails would be sent pertaining to communications for a particular reservation only. No unsolicited e-mails under a guise of Newsletters, Special offers, deals etc. would be sent. We do not send unnecessary attachments and season's greetings messages.

Hotel listing Policy – HOTEL LINKS INDIA neither charges the hotel nor is under any sort of contract or obligation from any hotel for listing. Listing and de-listing are at complete discretion of Hotel Links India team. De-listings are done following regular reviews (Site visit and/or review of customer and reservation team feedback/complaints).

Tariffs and Packages - We offer same Tariff/ packages offered by Hotels and do not levy any service charge for reservations.

Tariffs Updation - We update tariffs on the website regularly however tariffs are purely indicative and may vary for specific dates or periods. We request clients to call our no’s for all offline bookings.

Payments - Any payments received for a reservation is forwarded to the respective hotel/resorts within a couple of days of the receipt.

Refunds - Any refunds are subject to guidelines laid out by the respective hotel/resort. No service charge are charged for processing cancellations.

Photographs - Photos displayed on Hotel information pages are clicked/scanned specific to the hotel taken either from hotel brochures or clicked by team HOTEL LINKS INDIA.

Copyright - Photos displayed on hotellinksindia.com are either taken from hotel brochures or taken by HOTEL LINKS INDIA Team. Copyright Laws apply for photos taken by HOTEL LINKS INDIA Team.

Legal Liability in Event of unauthorised use of Photographs - Companies / entities found to be using HOTEL LINKS INDIA Photographs without prior permission or authorisation will be liable to the tune of Rs. 15000 per photograph.
