Hotel Links India Privileged Family Membership is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of issuance of membership after total membership amount paid to us. The Membership Card or Membership Voucher for free night stays has no cash value and cannot be traded. Hotel Links India shall not be liable to any amount greater than the membership fee to any member as a result of his or her membership. Fraud or abuse concerning the program membership is subject to appropriate administrative and / or legal action by the HLI, Mumbai including termination of membership. HLI reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the benefits rules, terms and conditions, the duration of the program, with or without prior notice. All decisions in the regards will be final and binding on the members of the program. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through the payment of the HLI Privileged Family Membership plan the member accepts these terms and conditions as amended from time to time and agrees to be bound to them.

Free Stay Voucher for Silver / Gold / Platinum

The Free Stay Voucher is non transferable for free night stays. Taxes would be extra as and where applicable. The Free Stay Voucher is valid only for the Member Hotels listed in our list that is attached with this Voucher or the same list can be checked on our website link www.hotellinksindia.com/member_hotel_list. The Member Hotel list gets updated from time to time many new hotels get added and many hotels are removed too. Please confirm your bookings before visiting any Hotel mentioned in our Member Hotel list. Reservations should be done through email, 21 days prior. All reservations are subject to allocation availability. All rules are applicable as per the respective hotel rules and regulations. Once confirmed, in no circumstances cancellation is possible nor any change of dates. Free stays cannot be availed during peak seasons, connected holidays, festive seasons such as Diwali, Christmas, New Years, Valentine Day, Independence Day, or any other public holiday as specified by the Hotel. The voucher is valid till the date mentioned on the face of the voucher. This voucher is not refundable, exchangeable or extendable, and has no cash value. Lost or stolen or damaged voucher will not be replaced. In case the Hotel has a surcharge for a particular period the member shall have to bear the same. The Free stay voucher is valid for two adults on stay basis only. The Free Stay voucher cannot be clubbed with any other voucher or schemes.

Booking Procedure for 2 Nights / 3 Days Free Stay Voucher for Silver / Gold / Platinum

The Members are requested to provide membership number as well the voucher number at the time of booking. Member can either call, or email or fill an online form to start the booking procedure. Minimum 3 destination options with priority should be mentioned for us to process the booking. All bookings has to be done minimum 21 days prior of check in date for smooth booking process. As per the availability of the best option possible a booking note shall be generated and mailed back to the member. Please note, the booking note is just the tentative booking and not confirmation. Once the booking note is generated within 7 days the free stay voucher needs to be signed by the member with destination name, check in and check out details scan the copy of the voucher and email us or courier the voucher to the registered office of the company along with a government photo ID self attested. In case of non receipt of the physical voucher within 7 days, the booking shall be deemed cancelled. On receiving the free stay voucher within 7 days, HLI shall issue a confirmed booking note to the registered email id of the member. Members are advised to carry the print of the confirmation booking note and also carry the original government photo id.

The Members are requested to provide membership number as well the voucher number at the time of booking. Member can either call, or email to start the booking procedure. All bookings has to be done minimum 30 days prior of check in date for smooth booking process. As per the availability of the Hotel or Resort the best option possible shall be tentatively booked. Please note, the booking is just the tentative booking and not confirmation. Choice of the Hotel or Resort is the sole discretion of Hotel Links India. Once the booking note is generated within 7 days the free stay voucher needs to be signed by the member with destination name, check in and check out details scan the copy of the voucher and email us or courier the voucher to the registered office of the company along with a government photo ID self attested. In case of non receipt of the physical voucher within 7 days, the booking shall be deemed cancelled. On receiving the free stay voucher within 7 days, HLI shall issue a confirmed booking note to the registered email id of the member. Members are advised to carry the print of the confirmation booking note and also carry the original government photo id. Flight booking will only be done once we receive the booking voucher with complete details of the two passengers that will be flying. Selection of the airlines and the time of departure and arrival will be at the sole discretion of Hotel Links India. Kindly make a note: All departures to GOA will be on Tuesday ONLY. Air Tickets will be from and to Mumbai ONLY.

The Goa Package Voucher is non transferable for free night stays. All reservations are subject to allocation availability. All rules are applicable as per the respective hotel rules and regulations. Once confirmed, in no circumstances cancellation is possible nor any change of dates. Goa Package Voucher cannot be availed during peak seasons, connected holidays, festive seasons such as Diwali, Christmas, New Years, Valentine Day, Independence Day, or any other public holiday as specified by the Hotel. The voucher is valid till the date mentioned on the face of the voucher. This voucher is not refundable, exchangeable or extendable, and has no cash value. Lost or stolen or damaged voucher will not be replaced. In case the Hotel has a surcharge for a particular period the member shall have to bear the same. The Goa Package Voucher is valid for a two adults only. The Goa Package Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other voucher or schemes. Airline Tickets are subject to availability
