Hotel Description :
Heevan Resort is located just five minutes away from the majestic Dal Lake and is surrounded by mountains on all sides. Just 15 kilometers away from the airport, the resort is located minutes drive from the famous Nishat and Shalimar Gardens.
Heevan Resort offers 35 spacious rooms divided into 30 Double rooms and 5 Suites with appropriate seating and dining area. The large windows in each room offer a scenic view of the beautiful valley while all modern amenities like wall to wall carpeting, cable television, refrigerator, EPABX facility in rooms and running hot and cold water are provided for a comfortable stay.
Dilkusha is the in house multi cuisine restaurant with traditional Kashmiri decor can accommodate up to 60 people. The restaurant serves Indian, Continental, Chinese, Gujarati and Kashmiri cuisine. Samavar, the coffee shop is located on the lobby level. The coffee lounge serves exotic Kashmiri snacks and the famous Kashmiri beverage Kahwa, a hot water flavored with saffron, almonds, cinnamon and cardamoms.
The resort has a 250 pax Banquet Hall with all modern amenities.
