Tarkarli is a village in Malvan Taluka district Sindhudurg. The major attraction here is the long and narrow stretch of beach with its pristine waters. On a clear day one can see the seabed through a depth of 20 ft. It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the state. The Tarkarli beach which offers pristine waters and sands is of course the main attraction. One can walk through the quaint fishing villages dotting the beaches. It is located 546km from Mumbai.
